My highly detailed, realistic Pen & Ink drawings are done with a stippling technique using ultra-fine, high-quality artist pens on Strathmore Bristol Plate paper. For further realism, I often add lines to suggest fur/hair direction.

Scratchboards are crisp, detailed drawings created with sharp tools such as X-Acto blades and tattoo needles to etch the surface and create great depth and strong contrast in my scratchboard work. I use Ampersand scratchboards for their excellent quality.
