Jenna Hestekin

My animal sculptures are made entirely of wire so that they are solid to the core. They are made with various types of wire including fencing, paddle, dark annealed, and copper wires, and sometimes, combinations of wires to create unique colors and patterns. They are then embellished with found items such as vintage or new jewelry, metal pieces, or other findings for the ears, noses, horns, manes, tails, and other accents to complete the sculptures. They vary from realistic to whimsical.
