My representational oil paintings of nature’s sunny landscapes and vibrant flowers are influenced by my love of exploring the uplifting effect of nature. I communicate this happiness in my paintings by adding painterly brush stokes and building up layers of deep lush jewel tones and contrasting them with bright vibrant colors on canvas. This is to excite the eye and create a joyful, uplifting experience for the viewer.
