I am a milliner. I have been designing, cutting and sewing now for 55 years. I use old and new millinery techniques in the making of a hat including top stitching, applique, trapunto, pleating, shirring, fabric sculpture, cording, piping, quilting and hand embroidery to name a few. The summer hats are lightweight and easy to wear. My winter line is warm but also fun and decorative. I use velvet, cotton, wool, knit and anything else that works for me. All of my work is heirloom quality.
