To create my fish, I press slabs of clay into templates I make with real fish molded in plaster. I remove the clay as it begins to dry, trim, and apply surface details to the form.

When the form is ready, I brush on layers of low fire glaze to produce colors that are a combination of realistic and artistic interpretations.
Currently I make over 100 fish forms and am always adding new species.
